freedom to speak???

Democratic country like our malaysia always stress out dat we are given de freedom to voice out our opinion..however, we muz b able to distinguish wat we can speak and wat we cannot depends on de situation...lets see wat happens if someone speaks something in de wrong place at de wrong time....click on de link below pls...
